Four Fat Friends

もう１１月も残すところ半分をきりました！クリスマスの季節まで後もうちょっとですね。ということで、今週クリスマスプレゼントを作る準備をはじめました。残念なことに、今住んでいるところが狭すぎて、ミシンを置く場所がないので、ミシンを持っていません。絶対に見たら分かると思うんですけど、このバッグは全部マシン無しで作ってみました。出来上がりはあんまり良くないかもしれないけど、デザインは結構好きです。実家に帰ったらもう一回バッグを作ってみたいと思います（＾Ｄ＾）ｖ

Already November is half-way finished! It's not much longer until Christmas Season. Because of that, I started work on present-making this week. Unfortunately the place that I live in now is very small and there's no room for a sewing machine so I don't have one. If you look you'll easily be able to tell that I made this bag without using a sewing machine. The skill level of the construction is not very high, but I like the design. When I go back to my family's house I'd like to try and make a bag one more time. :-D

Sheep Pull-Toy

クリスマスツリーのオーナメントを作りました☆　このチャートもうちの母親のでした。ちなみに、The Prairie Schoolerが大好きでもっともっと飾りたいんです。Sheep Pull-Toyと一緒に、Rocking Goatっていうチャートも入っていたんですから、それも作りたいと思います。

I made a Christmas tree ornament. This chart was a chart from my mother. By the way, I want to collect more patterns by The Prairie Schooler because I love those designs. Also included together with Sheep Pull-Toy was one more chart for Rocking Goat. I think I want to make that, as well.

Welcome at Christmas

うちの母親にもらったチャートです。クリスマスの飾りを増やしたいということで、作りました。
動物の色も、ハートの並び方もちょっと変えてみました。

I got this chart from my mother. I made it because I wanted to have more Christmas decorations. I changed the color of the animals and the way the hearts line up from the original.

Bluebirds and Berries

去年作ったＳａｍｐｌｅｒです。私の母親からもらったチャートです。昔、母親もよく作ったりしましたが、最近手が痛くてクロスステッチができないそうです。

I made this Sampler last year. I got this chart from my mother. A long time ago my mother also made a lot, but recently it seems her hands hurt too much to do cross stitch.

Home for the Holidays

ビーズを使って、クロスステッチを作ってみました。家には全然クリスマスの飾りがなくて、去年のクリスマスはすごく寂しかったんです。今年、頑張っていっぱい作りたいと思います（＾ー＾）ｖ

I made a cross stitch that has beading. I don't have any Christmas decorations in my house so last year I felt quite lonely at Christmas. This year, I'd like to try and make a lot of Christmas decorations! :-)

Couturier / クチュリエ

クチュリエっていう雑誌が最近すごく好きです。家の近くのコンビニで軽く雑誌を見た時、「手づくりの本」の字が気になって、２８０円っていう安い値段で買いました。

There is a catalogue that I really enjoy, called Couturier. When I was just browsing the magazines at the convenience store by my house, I saw the words "handicraft book." It was only 280yen (cheap!) so I bought it.



色々な商品の紹介もありましたが、一番嬉しかったのは無料チャートがいっぱい入っているということです。
見かけたらぜひ買ってみてください！かわいいのがたくさんのってますよ。

There was a lot of products introduced in the magazine, but the best thing for me was that there is a lot of free patterns included. If you ever see this magazine, please don't hesitate to buy it. There's so much cute stuff inside.

無料チャートを使って、携帯ストラップを作りました。
I used a free chart to make a strap for my handy phone.




これがほしいです！給料が入ったら絶対に買います。
I want these so badly! I'm going to buy them for sure when I get my next pay check.

同僚のＡさんの誕生日プレゼントにこれを作ってみました。
"Quaker"のデサインがすごく好きです☆

I made this for my co-worker, Ms. A, for her birthday.
